Catherine Hutton-Squire Theron
Catherine is a Cape Town based print-maker. She qualified with a Higher Diploma in Industrial Design, CPUT in 2011. Over the years her love for visual art and the printmaking process has inspired her to explore intaglio methods. She has completed an internship with Warren Editions, a professional fine art printmaking studio in Cape Town and is otherwise self taught She has used inspiration drawn from the botanical world for this, her first, exhibition.
Louis Vorster is a South African documentary and portrait photographer – based in the best online casino Western Cape, who uses his camera to photograph the people and landscapes of suburban and rural South African communities. He is best known for his portraits, social & fashion photo essays and alternative landscape photography.
After receiving his National Diploma (Industrial Design, University of Johannesburg) in 1996, Louis moved to Cape Town where he received a Higher Diploma (Industrial Design, Peninsula University of Technology) the following year. He discovered photography while teaching multi media design at the Vaal University of Technology in 2000, since then his photographs have appeared in exhibition settings, advertising media, books, and numerous local & international editorial publications. He currently lives in the town of Tulbagh in the Cape Winelands.
